"Refund process was way too slow"
I’ve been waiting on my refund for far too long, and every time I contact support, it feels like I just get another excuse instead of a real update. At this point, I’m really disappointed with the whole experience and wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.

I booked it without any problems, which felt like a small win because I usually end up dealing with some kind of hassle. This time everything went through fine, so I can’t really complain.

"Canceling was actually super easy!!!"
I ended up having to cancel my trip, support made it way easier than I expected!!! They got back to me fast, explained the refund details clearly, and it didn’t turn into a whole stressful thing!!! I’d definitely use them again!!!

"Seemed like a deal at first"
At first, Travelup looked like it was going to save me some money, which is what drew me in. But once the extra fees and changes started adding up, it didn’t really feel like a bargain anymore. It made me realize that the cheapest price you see upfront isn’t always the one you end up paying. I was hoping for better value overall, so I probably wouldn’t use them again unless the final price was clearly much lower

They kept me updated the whole time with emails that were easy to understand. No confusing details or guessing what was going on, which is how it should be

"A Functional Booking Site With a Bit of a Plot Twist"
I did manage to book what I needed, so the site gets the job done. But wow, it felt like a tiny battle at times. The pages loaded slower than I expected, and the filters were weirdly frustrating to use. Nothing disastrous, but definitely clunky enough that I noticed.

"Flight change went okay"
I had to change flight dates and was a bit worried in beginning. Travelup did take some time to get back to me, but once they replied, everything was sorted fine. The fee was explained clearly and new ticket came through the same day. Not perfect service, but I was happy enough with help I got.

Booking everything was easy, and the trip itself was good overall. I just wasn’t expecting the extra charges that popped up at payment, which was kind of frustrating. Still had a decent experience in the end 🙂

"Slow replies when I actually needed help"
Booking was fine, no real issues there. But once I needed help afterwards, it got really frustrating. I sent messages and ended up waiting way too long for a proper reply. Like, how is this okay when someone is trying to sort something out? And when they finally did respond, it felt rushed and didn’t really answer everything. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but their customer service definitely needs to be faster and more helpful...

"Booking was easy but not perfect"
I booked a flight on travelup.com and, uh, overall it was easy. The site was simple enough to figure out, and I found the flights I wanted without having to click around too much.
The only thing was that a few pages loaded kind of slowly, and I felt like I needed to double-check the final price before paying. It all worked out in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest booking experience I’ve had.
